Yes. But this completely different to your bug which was about the
Breaks:/Replaces: being there at all. Your bug is fixed.
That the split was broken per se is an other matter, but there are
already 3 bugs wrt that:
#947907 [S|P|=] [ure] trying to overwrite '/usr/share/java/juh.jar', which is also in package libjuh-java
#947909 [S|P|=] [ure] ure is trying to overwrite '/usr/share/java/juh.jar', which is also in package libjuh-java 1:6.4.0~rc1-5
#947910 [S|P|=] [ure] ure uninstallable because of file conflict with libjuh-java
