That's not really relevant.
KDE users will by default use the breeze theme for Qt5 and Qt4/KDE4 applications.
Moreover for KDE5 sessions libreoffice tries the breeze icon theme and falls back
to the default theme if it can't find it.
So it won't use the oxygen icons at all (unless you manually configure it if that's
possible).
