Yes, you can and you should. Without a backtrace I would not even consider this,
and not forward this upstream (they have to debug and fix anyways) and it's
quite useless.
I don't like -dbg because of it's immense size I need to upload, but that's
what it's for...

Why are you asking *me* that? This ia for bugreports so you ideally should have
ruled hardware issues out *before* reporting a bug... :)
