Bug#1057663: RM: liquidsoap [mips64el] -- RoQA; blocks decrufting of ffmpeg
Package: ftp.debian.org
Severity: normal
User: ftp.debian.org@packages.debian.org
Usertags: remove
X-Debbugs-Cc: liquidsoap@packages.debian.org, sramacher@debian.org
Control: affects -1 + src:liquidsoap
The upcoming stable point release will include an update of ffmpeg.
However, ffmpeg has undergone a transition to new SONAMEs in unstable.
liquidsoap on mips64el is one of the remaining packages keeping ffmpeg
cruft around. The latest upload of liquidsoap fixed that, but it is
currently BD-Uninstallable due to pandoc.
To make the life of the SRMs easier, please temporarily remove
liquidsoap from mips64el and allow ffmpeg to be decrufted.
Cheers
