Dear FTP Team,

The last upstream release of xmlrpc-light dates back to 2009 and it
seems that upstream did not bother to move elsewhere since the demise
of code.google.com. Patches accumulate in Debian packaging to keep it
compilable as Debian evolves. It now fails to build from source with
OCaml 4.14.1. It does not make sense to me to fix it now.

I think it's time to remove it from Debian.
