Bug#962450: forked-daapd: Please document (Description: or README.Debian) why the web UI is disabled

I've figured out why the web UI is disabled by reading the packaging
source, changelog entries etc. But I think it would be better for our
users if this was explicitly stated somewhere very plain, such as
the package long Description: field, or README.Debian, since this is
a significant deviation from upstream.
Hopefully we can eventually solve the DFSG issues and enable a web UI
again!
