I am not a DD and can't upload for you, but there is some work to do
before this package is ready for sponsorship.

This probably shouldn't be a Debian native package, see Martin Palmer's
FAQ [1]. Please turn it into a non-native package and add a watch file.

You must acknowledge the Derelict Developers in your copyright file.

Please use lintian. It gives the following output when run with '-IE
--pedantic':

W: guisterax source: out-of-date-standards-version 3.8.0 (current is
3.8.2)
P: guisterax source: source-contains-prebuilt-binary guisterax

You need to provide the source for this binary before Debian can
distribute it, if I understand correctly.

I: guisterax: arch-dep-package-has-big-usr-share 3780kB 85%

You should probably consider splitting your package into two binaries:
guisterax and guisterax-data. Making guisterax-data architecture
independent reduces load on the mirror network, because it can be shared
between architectures.

P: guisterax: copyright-refers-to-symlink-license usr/share/common-licenses/GPL
I: guisterax: desktop-entry-contains-encoding-key /usr/share/applications/guisterax.desktop:3 Encoding
I: guisterax: extended-description-is-probably-too-short

You can see full descriptions of these at http://lintian.debian.org/

You must close your ITP bug [2] in your changelog entry. If you don't
have a bug, file one. By loose convention, the first entry is usually
'* Initial release (Closes: #nnnnnn)'.
