It may seem a pain to you to send in multiple RFS emails that fully describe each package and give a URL to the .dsc but it is likely to significantly increase the likelihood of a potential sponsor actually looking at any of these packages. ChangeLog entries are of absolutely no use at this stage, what sponsors need is the full RFS template including the description and a URL to the .dsc. One RFS per package. I know NM is frustrating but you are likely to be in NM for some significant period yet if you haven't been assigned an AM.
