Might be reasonabel once we are changing the archive anyway. It finally
is in the interest of our users to provide a consistent source archive.
(I had once to setup an HP-UX machine and just used all the sources
from the Debian archive - so it makes sense even for non-Debian users.)
2. Provide a separate dicomscope-doc debian package, and remove the
*.pdf part from the current dicomscope package
We could provide a dicomscope-doc *binary* package anyway, but I would
like to aim on having a consistent source either via 0. or 1.
