Bug#952854: [live-build] disks handling for netboot

this is an extension of #952846 which concerns netboot being missing in
case statements in binary_disk and source_disk.
i'm making a fresh bug report here because my intention with the former
bug number is to assign a bug number for my patches which just add in
the necessary case entries...
...there is still the matter of what should be done in the binary_disk
case besides creation of the disk info file, if anything. i.e. this bug
concerns addressing a fixme left in my #952846 patches.
I'm submitting this perhaps prematurely, perhaps review of #952846
before it is merged will demand addressing the fixme somehow, but I'm
not certain myself what is required to do so, and so I'm hoping that my
patches will close #952846 and this new report will remain regarding
the fixme.
