I did tell it, but after cloning the code i typed
$ DESTDIR=~/bin make install

Apparently everything went well.
And (of course) i typed
$ ~/bin/usr/bin/lb -h

which told me it was the version 2.0.12

Making the debian package will really change anything?

I'll be in holiday for one week, i'll test when i'll be back.
