Bug#994271: lintian: superfluous-file-pattern should not be issued for Files-Excluded in debian/copyright

Package: lintian
Version: 2.106.0
Severity: normal

Dear lintian maintainers,

running lintian 2.106.0 against syslinux I'm getting the following
warnings:

W: syslinux source: superfluous-file-pattern debian/copyright bios (Files-Excluded, line 8)
W: syslinux source: superfluous-file-pattern debian/copyright doc/rfc5071.txt (Files-Excluded, line 8)
W: syslinux source: superfluous-file-pattern debian/copyright efi32 (Files-Excluded, line 8)
W: syslinux source: superfluous-file-pattern debian/copyright efi64 (Files-Excluded, line 8)
W: syslinux source: superfluous-file-pattern debian/copyright gnu-efi (Files-Excluded, line 8)

These patterns are not superflous however, since they are read by uscan
and I'm using them exclude non-DFSG conforming files from the
upstream tarball.

Thanks
Lukas
