Please be a blessing to Angel Tree

On the 11th of June we sent out an email telling you about our book, Daddy, Why Are You Going to Jail.

"Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering." -Hebrews 13:3

If prison ministry is a part of your heart or you know of someone in your church or mission sending organization that has an interest in the prisoner, prison reform, or the children of incarcerated parents; then our book is a great vehicle to read and share. It is a personal story with firsthand exposure to the prison experience. The story is one of God's mercy, restoration, and grace.

This email is to encourage you to be a blessing and buy the book! You will find it on Amazon.com or from our website.

We do not receive personal financial benefit from book sales. The profits from book sales are going to Angel Tree, a division of Prison Fellowship Ministry, for the children of incarcerated parents and to Orthodox Christian Prison Ministry.

At any one time in the United States there are approximately 2-million men and women in prison. In 2018 there were 278,942 eligible children assigned to receive a Christmas gift with their parents name written on the card. I have seen the faces of the children at an Angel Tree event, and it is a wonderful sight and a delightful experience to share in their anticipation, joy, and appreciation.

Prison affects the entire family and community. Thankfully, there are 7,182-churches and organizations in the United States who are participating by purchasing gifts for children on behalf of their incarcerated parent.

Please view our website for more information. Again, be a blessing and buy the book.

Blessings, both now and always,
