Yes; from the build log in my opening mail:

       debian/rules override_dh_auto_test
    make[1]: Entering directory '/tmp/buildd/lintian-2.16.0'
    .... building test packages ....
    t/bin/build-test-packages \
	    -j 1 \
	    --work-dir="/tmp/buildd/lintian-2.16.0/debian/test-out"

    Host architecture is amd64.

Not quite sure what you mean, beyond the log I previously sent...?
