Bug#626454: lintian: False positive: copyright-should-refer-to-common-license-file-for-gpl

Hi Lintian guys,

I think I've spotted another false positive for "copyright-should-refer-to-
common-license-file-for-gpl" check.

In Rhino package (under MPL-2.0 licence [1]), full licence text contains the
following section :
------
1.12. "Secondary License"
means either the GNU General Public License, Version 2.0, the GNU
Lesser General Public License, Version 2.1, the GNU Affero General
Public License, Version 3.0, or any later versions of those
    licenses.
------
This section seems to trigger "copyright-should-refer-to-common-license-file-
for-gpl" check.
