Toshiba T1950CT, bf4.2 and loadlin...

Hello Mobiles...

I have gotten an older Toshiba T1950CT and tried to Install WOODY r1
with bf2.4 floppies...

Boot Failed...

OK: lynx http://www-linux-on-laptops.org

Hmm, lookig for T1950CT... not found but T1920CS
Ops, syslinux does not work with older Hardware... :-/

No problem. 'Win95bootdisk' and 10 MB partition (/dev/hda1) created
to hold the pigs of linux.bin, root.bin and drivers.tgz.

c:\> install.bat
Due to an loadlin (#142421), booting the bf2.4 flavor
from DOS with loadlin doesn't work. We're sorry.
../dostools/loadlin linux.bin root=/dev/ram initrd=../images-1.44/bf2.4/root.bin disksize=1.44 flavor=bf2.4

Hmmm, My harddisk is not big enough to make the partition bigger to
install another Kernel and update it to bf2.4 and then, I need the
bf2.4 to get my PCMCIA NIC and WAVELAN working...

Any suggestions ???

I do not like to install WfW 3.11 which I have on Floppydisks.

Thanks for Help
Michelle
