Vorab: An manchen Stellen sind die alten Übersetzungen noch als Kommentar 
drin. Außerdem ist der Zeilenumbruch nicht bei 80 Zeichen.

Es gibt eine Option --listed-incremental, die eine Schnappschussdatei 
auswertet. Daher würde ich es nicht übersetzen:
legt die Speicherstufe für erzeugte »listed-incremental«-Archive fest
