Knoppix user should be in the "camera" group

Recent versions of Knoppix and Kanotix have had problems attaching
a digital camera.  Errors occur when you try to run gtkam or digikam
because the Knoppix user is not a member of the "camera" group.

This version of libgphoto2-2 installs a hotplug script in
/etc/hotplug/usb/libgphoto2 (and an appropriate USB usermap) which
allows camera access to all members of group 'camera'. The group name is
configurable in the hotplug script. If the group does not exist, the
script does nothing.

With this change, the only configuration is to add authorized users to
the 'camera' group.
