[debian-knoppix] Disaster Recovery
I had a very hard crash in mandrake 8.2.
It hangs every time I boot, at the end of the filesystem check.
So I reinstalled Mandrake to format and replace OS files.
but it still hangs every time I boot at my data partition, /home/data/
Knoppix can boot and see the partition.
Can I use knoppix to either
1) Copy the data to another partition, despite the locked folders?
OR
2) repair this partition?
