Package: 6.1.0-0.deb11.9-amd64

Justification: breaks the whole system

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
Upgrading to Kernel Linux 6.1.0-0.deb11.9-amd64

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Booting with Kernel Linux 6.1.0-0.deb11.7-amd64 still works and the system runs stable.
I compared the kernel config files without finding any particular differences.
I compared the boot log of both kernels without finding any particular differences, except this:
Both boot logs shows this error:
mce: [Hardware Error]: CPU 0: Machine Check: 0 Bank 4: a600000000020408
mce: [Hardware Error]: TSC 0 ADDR fef13bc0
mce: [Hardware Error]: PROCESSOR 0:506ca TIME 1700060631 SOCKET 0 APIC 0 microcode 28
The board is brand new and has been replaced twice, always with the same error message.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
I found no evidence of an error in the boot log or differences in the config file

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Helpful errors or config parameter
