These are parameters for Southern Islands (si) and Sea Islands (cik) AMD GPUs: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_AMD_graphics_processing_units#Features_Overview They can be used with the old "radeon" driver (default) and the "amdgpu" driver. Using the old radeon driver renders these AMD GPUs useless nowadays because of the missing Vulkan support so removing them is not an option. I use them since Debian 9/stretch.
