I really don't see a solution, but probably it would be useful if you
could post your motherboard model.

Newest kernel from kernel.org is 3.2.13, doesn't look you could get
something newer. Did you try Wheezy kernel 3.2, or Wheeze backports
kernel 3.10? You could also try KFreeBSD and Hurd kernels, but also not
quite optimistic.

You could turn off swap.

Did you find something in logs?

Did you verify it's not a hardware problem?

You could experiment with some kernel command line options, or modules'
options (/etc/modprobe.d), or adjust kernel configuration (needs
rebuild), but it's all guessing untill we have some clue.

Probably the best way to start is to try with several live cd's if some
of them boots.
