2.6.26-21 includes a change to avoid the possibility of deadlocks when
logging.  In particular, the time adjustment code that copes with leap
seconds could trigger a deadlock.  It is possible that this is not
compatible with the Xen feature patch.

dmesg uses the syslog interface, so that is at least partly working.
However, it looks like the kernel no longer wakes klogd.  I will
investigate why this is.
