Yes thats what I did.

The kubuntu packages are at:

Vcs-Browser:http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~kubuntu-packagers/kubuntu-packaging/kdelibs
Vcs-Bzr:https://code.launchpad.net/~kubuntu-packagers/kubuntu-packaging/kdelibs
Thanks.

I got the kubuntu bzr and debian git code for kde(4)libs.
Generated some diffs between the two dirs...I'll look at later.

Anyhow I was bzr'n kdelibs and 4.9.97 just released. And they updated
the repo but there was no 4.9.97 source to be found in their pool.
I'm sure it will show up soon...whats amazing is it appeared that
kubuntu had a commit for 4.9.97 within literally a few hours of
an actual source tarball showing up on kde.org.

So far kubuntu's kdelibs requires libattica-dev (>= 0.4.1) which is
not stock for wheezy (in experimental).

Also required is soprano >= 2.7.56 (debian has 2.7.6)
The dependency from libsoprano-dev (>= 2.5.60) should be raised
in debian/control, maybe it was ok for 4.9.95?
Got 2.8.0 source from raring yet built with the bzr code.

Where did you get 2.8.90?

So I built the kubuntu 4.9.97 kde4libs with the official kde source tarball.
Probably not a good idea - only to the fact that It was >40C here.
All that was required was:
*attica from debian/experimental
*soprano from ubuntu/raring

Might just wait for a few 4.9.97 commits (that fix that soprano dep).

Jules.
