I very much doubt that they are.
The Debian philosophy suggests most people _should_ be running stable. My
three machines are all Woody; the two servers "pure", the desktop with a few
backports (including of course KDE) and self compiled apps.
So I am very happy with the excellent support of Woody by the KDE team and
grateful for your announcement (I had already been checking a couple of times
to see if either 3.1.5 or 3.2 were available).
Besides, I think people running Sid should not be making so much noise. Sid
implies being self-sufficient. People on Sid who are in a hurry could always
compile their own (takes a while though).
I very much prefer the maintainers take their time to prepare good quality
packages and keep an eye on the release of Sarge to stable.
