Yes, I did think about that. However the data being Synched is customer
data that
the company feels is sensitive. On a laptop this wouldn't be a problem
because you
can use any number of VPN solutions. The Palm pilot does not have this
luxury that
I know of. If anyone knows of VPN software for a palm pilot, let me know.
