How to setup a IPv6 in IPv4 tunnel?

Hello all,

I am trying to set up a tunnel reference to
http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Linux+IPv6-HOWTO/configuring-ipv6to4-tunnels.html

but when I try to add route with a gateway, it is said that

APTITUDE:/home/gnawux# ip -6 route add 2000::/3 via ::134.83.31.254 dev sit1 metric 1
RTNETLINK answers: No route to host

PS. I am in a LAN and from the tunnel server's view,
my addr is a gateway's address:

====================================
Your tunnel is in active state.
The IPv4 address of your side is: 134.83.1.225
The IPv4 address of the TunnelServer is: 202.38.99.9
=======================================================

Any comments?

Thank you very much!

Best regards,
Wang Xu
