For what it's worth, I experienced similar packet loss until I changed
the bottom 32 bits of my IPv6 address to match my IPv4-address. Then
again, I'm shamelessly (ab)using Microsoft's 6to4 gateway, so this may
be totally unrelated :)

But try changing your address to 2002:a301:b7a3::a301:b7a3, it helped
me. And I don't know if it makes any difference, I use the IPv6 address
on eth0, not sit0.
