Uhm... I think that I missunderstood what you asked on the first place, sorry.
To be sincere, i dont know why that is happening, i think you will need to
wait for somebody with more experience.
BTW, have your tried forcing the fetch? (Probably you'll have the same result) or
sending an email to pdesc@ddtp.debian.net with "GET <package> <lang>"?
