Call for translations for ftpmirror (jp -->en)

Hi all,

I have just adopted ftpmirror package and due to many new
functionalities I pretend to improve manuals by explaining all
recognized commands/options, but the only documentation issued for thies
is written in Japanese.

The only provided files are these:

http://www.midworld.net/debian/ftpmirror/ftpmirror-1.96/README.jis
http://www.midworld.net/debian/ftpmirror/ftpmirror-1.96/RELEASE.jis

Would be great to have these two pages in English so will be easier to
translate it to other langs in the future.

Thanks in advance for any help/idea/quote on how to get this.
