Hello all,

I am trying to resolve this RC bug as an exercise since I do not have experience
in packaging.


I think that changing

override_dh_installinit:
	dh_installinit --restart-after-upgrade

to

	dh_installinit --no-enable --no-start

would resolve the issue.

Is anyone working on this bug? Is my approach correct?
