That's correct. But I usually rather prefer fixing a package everywhere
than just saying "Works on amd64, I don't care about the rest because
I don't use anything else.".
My point is, if you upload it now, you have more testing time for the
package on all release architectures being part of testing and more
time to make sure the patch is not breaking anything else.
