Bug#212285: libc apt-get upgrade bug

Version: 2.3.1-16 or 2.6.2-7
When recently trying to upgrade my boxes I get a segfault during the
upgrade.
I'm trying to upgrade from
ii libc6 2.3.1-16 GNU C Library: Shared libraries and
Timezone
ii libc6-dev 2.3.1-16 GNU C Library: Development Libraries
and Hea
to libc6 2.3.1-16

This happens on two fairly similar systems.
