Re: [DebianGIS] update on gdal qgis conflict
I am building a fresh debian box to verify what Paolo
has found with gdal-1.3.1 and qgis conflict.
I have confirmed that the debiangis packages qgis and
gdal-1.3.1 build and run just fine on my Ubuntu Breezy
box.
Given that things run well on Ubuntu, It definitly
appears that our problem is in the packaging and not
incompatibilities between qgis and gdal-1.3.1 software
themselves.
I will let the list know more as I am able to fully
test on debian.
