Who is supposed to interpret -Sextreme, I guess it's dpgk-source like
the other two options? But I didn't found it in the man page of
dpkg-source 1.16.4.2.
It would be interesting because the option -S is unknown to Ubuntu
(12.04 and 12.10) and triggers a fail to build.
