$man update-rc.d

howks:/etc/init.d# touch rc.local
howks:/etc/init.d# echo '#!/bin/bash' > rc.local
howks:/etc/init.d# chmod +x rc.local
howks:/etc/init.d# update-rc.d rc.local defaults

and just write what You want in you new rc.local script.
