If you mean changing from:
INTERNET --[ A hub ] -- linux box
/ | | \
host host host host
to
INTERNET --linux box--[ hub ] ---host
/ | \
host host host
Then I guess nothing needs to be changed, provided the boxen have linux box
set as default gateway.
