Bug#888626: debian-edu-config: do we really need ./bin/ltsp-arch-debian-edu

[Holger Levsen]
> do we really need ./bin/ltsp-arch-debian-edu ? I mean:

There are two fundamental questions to ask here

 (1) do we want to keep using i386 for the LTSP chroots on amd64?

 (2) do we want to actively remove support for non-i386 and non-amd64
     archs in Debian Edu?

The first is a design question. We made sure amd64 main servers would
provide i386 LTSP chroots to work with old computers, more than 10 years
ago. I suspect even very old computeres these days can use amd64
binaries, and the override no longer make sense, but have no hard
numbers to back this up with.

The second is a policy question, do we want to make life harder for
porters to new architectures. I believe we should strive to help future
porters of Debian Edu as much as possible.
