Diskless Workstation problem..
Hi.
We have an annoying problem with diskless workstations.
sometimes they loose picture on their monitors. some times this happens after long periods of inactivity, some times at boot.
It's not energysaver/screensaver mode on the monitors that kicks in, its more like the KDM that fails.
logs indicates the failure by this line:
Sep 6 20:38:23 static05 kdm[2861]: X server for display :0 terminated unexpectedly
our diskless workstations have identical CPU (P-4 2400 mhz) 512 MB RAM and identical 64MB graphic-cards)
anyone else experiencing the same with their diskless workstations?
