I investigated #291124 and found both the reason for the
breakage and a way to fix it. now i need to implement it.

an other follow up to last week: my sun infected me with his
eye-inflamation and i took revenge on him by catching a cold and
infecting him with that! yay, family! (c:

Further future goals are to 
- shrink the import script in size (some more redundancy to
  remove).
- work on the wlus testframework, so that work on wlus can be
  picked up again in a controlled way
- write a cerebrum backend for wlus
- switch wlus to that cerebrum backend
- compile jbofh into binaries, eliminating some dependencies
- attempt again to build the cerebrum documentation
