Please, don't mix me up with lunatics.

I don't care about people using "fuck" on the radio, or people using
"viagra" in their day-to-day conversation, if they insist. I was just
pointing out that it's silly to say "don't let spammers win!", because
you're hurting yourself that way. It doesn't hurt not to use "viagra". I
for one don't see a legitimate reason why I would really need it (other
than in this conversation, which is starting to get pretty pointless).

You know, in the time between I sent the above quoted mail and now, the
number of "Viagra" spams that made it through to my mailbox has
dramatically increased. I refuse to believe that's just a coincidence.

I prefer the minor inconvenience of having to censor a certain word out
of my day-to-day conversation over mentally "winning" from the spammers,
and receiving a dramatically higher amount of spam in return. I'm sure
you can make jokes about other things than medication. "spammers", for
example.
