* Remove a lot of explicit build-dependencies, as they are implicit.
(example: libgnome-dev depends on libdb2-dev in woody and libdb3-dev
in potato... so gupsc should depend just on libgnome-dev, not on
both libgnome-dev and libdb2-dev, as that avoids build problems when
upgrading). (Closes: Bug#97229)
