* Rebuild again (*ugh*) using binutils 2.11.90, since the old library
occassionally resulted in ld-so assertions, PLT alloc failures and
more scary stuff like that. Building large C++ libraries using
binutils 2.9 is a Kamikaze combination! (This seems to make a lot of
sense, since gcc-2.95.3 now depends on those new binutils anyways.)
* Changed the dependencies to reflect this problem.
