Note that I didn't mention cltl.
According to your DDPO page [0] there are at least cl-postoffice,
cl-rsm-mod and cl-salza that have unfixed RC bugs and which are already
autoremoved from testing, and also cl-babel and trivial-features which I
NMUed recently.
