    已经报名今年在韩国的 Debian 年会，希望这次签证没有问题。
    去年在 印度 的 Debian 年会，因为印度外交部不给中国人进行“政审”，同时不开放旅游签证，硬是没有去成。

你可以试试approach Aron Xu, Shengjing Zhu, Emfox Zhou三位。如果这三位也联系不上，我建议你直接报名debconf。
