"dunc 2.0" uploaded to "unstable"



This is a complete rewrite of this package.  It is mostly
untested, but believed to be correct.  The PAP method works at
least and everything else uses the same basic stuff.  There is a
new command to execute the connections instead of generating a
custom script for each connection.  If this new command (called
dppp) is a problem for anybody, let me know.

This needs to be tested!!  

It is also up for grabs to anyone interested.

Sven, if you're reading this, could you please add this to the
list of packages needing a new maintainer?  Its not orphaned,
however.
