recode 3.4-0 uploaded to master

I would like two or three people to test this, before uploading it for
stable, to be sure that it does not produce any core dump or alike. (The
previous maintainer told me to be careful about this).

If you want to help on this, just download it, test it, and just drop
me a mail saying "I have been playing with it for a while and I don't see
any problem" or else "When I do `recode whatever' on this test file, it
gives a segmentation fault".

Thanks.
