96 New Debian i386 Packages

These i386 packages were installed into the Debian hierarchy.
Unfortunately, the version number changes and locations are incorrect
in a few cases. The bug has since been fixed.

and of the build, install and clean targets in the local
     Makefile.
   * Completed documentation for make-cpkg, including a section
     describing the targets.
   * Remove any gzip or gunzip command eventually installed by the
     package (just in case...)
   * Generate a base package xxx without any of the historic commands
provided by gzip, and eventually generate a xxx-historic package
with these commands. (Fixes bug #4057.)
   * If the base package xxx does provide more than the compress
command, generate a replacement package xxx-basic with only
     the compress command.
   * Check if a compress command has been installed before building
     the package.
   * Packages containing a compress command are in section non-free,
     historic packages go in contrib.
   * Edit the compress.1 manual page to warn that only compress
actually acts as documented, when necessary.
   * If the package name would have been 'compress', change it to
'bsd-compress' so that an eventual 'bsd-compress-historic'
would depend on 'bsd-compress' and not on the virtual compress
     package.

   - upgraded upstream version
   - now uses Yves's gs-wrapper-library "libpaper" (1.0-1).

      your /etc/papersize without asking).
   - gs patched so that it _can_ be installed setuid for people using
svga a lot (not adviced though). If installed setuid, gs will
always issue the message "using svga driver ...", whatever
     driver you are using.
   - the wrapper around gs will add "-sDEVICE=lvga256" if you're starting
gs from the console, to the front of the argument-list (so that it's
     still overridable by the user).
   - GNU version gs-3.33 comming up soon (promise)

gs 4.01-1 -> 4.01-2 into non-free/binary-i386
   - OK, I messed it up big time. I don't know why, but for some reason
libpaper wasn't listed in the "Depends" line. I'm _sure_ I put it
in after I typed "./debian.rules binary" and the like, but...
So, all that changes is the version number and the dependancy. Sorry.
