I think not. I successfully tested them with some online tools, and
also other information are taken from the file.

For example, this one did not work at all:

https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/debian-astro/packages/python-astropy.git/tree/debian/upstream/metadata

and from this, I got the Bug-Database but not the Repository
