Uploaded the Mitaka release of OpenStack to jessie-backports (some source package renames means we need deletion of source packages form jessie-backports)

Dear backports FTP masters,

I have uploaded OpenStack Mitaka to jessie-backports, replacing Liberty.
During the Liberty -> Mitaka cycle, we renamed some of the oslo source
packages (for consistency), therefore, we need to clean the
jessie-backports archive:

oslo-config -> python-oslo.config
oslo.messaging -> python-oslo.messaging
oslo.rootwrap -> python-oslo.rootwrap

Out of the 102 packages I uploaded today, 28 are now in the NEW queue
(well, 25 if you remove the above 3 that were renamed, though these
still need manual approval...).

As I prepared this upload a long time ago (at least 3 to 4 weeks ago),
and put the upload on hold as per what Alexander asked, some packages
may need an update. Though right now, it's difficult to see it until
every backported package appears on the OpenStack PKG QA page. So I'll
proceed with the remaining updates once everything is approved by the
backports FTP masters. This will include CVE fixes for Murano (3
packages) and Horizon, which I uploaded to Sid yesterday and today
respectively.

Cheers,

Thomas Goirand (zigo)
